De Marchi Engineering employ a fully automatic band-saw with a jaw opening of 510 x 330mm and the capacity to cut and mitre common sections to required lengths. The guillotine can cut to to 3m x 12mm in mild steel and 3m x 8mm in stainless steel.

We have recently increased our saw cutting capacity with a second bandsaw. Since the install we have completed a complex project that consisted of over 40k parts made from Super Duplex. To compliment our sawing capabilities we have also invested in a bar chamfering machine which was used on this project to finish both ends of the cut bars.
